Carmarthen's supporters rose to their feet, but Cadoc Muleskinner was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Geraint Delany breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Geraint Delany didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carnedyr Connery went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

In the 56th minute, Carmarthen's Carnedyr Connery ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Geraint Delany. Geraint Delany yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. Carnedyr Connery received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. When Carnedyr Connery, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 68 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Geraint Delany was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. When Carmarthen's Carnedyr Connery in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gwydion Luce got free with Geraint Delany in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tor Coneely sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 86 minutes into the game, Rhisiart Cockwell cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-10. Gwydion Gain was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 90th minute Caledvwich Healy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gwydion Gain saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Geraint Delany made an important save on a dangerous shot by Colwyn Loody in the 92nd minute. 95 minutes into the game, Carmarthen's Colwyn Loody nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Geraint Delany made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-11.
