Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Teregud Hamran got the match started through his kick off. Knighton's Alawn Ingoldsby played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teregud Hamran in the 3rd minute of play. 4 minutes into the game, Tarrant Kemp was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Knighton's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave UWA Carmarthen the free kick. In the 4th minute, Tarrant Kemp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 5th minute, Drych Forsyth fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. A collision led to UWA Carmarthen getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Clud Goff hit a great ball. Drych Forsyth could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Alawn Ingoldsby made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nissyen Flynn in the 10th minute of play forced UWA Carmarthen's goalkeeper Idris Greenham to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Heulyn Gray charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Heulyn Gray the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 12th match minute, Knighton was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Heulyn Gray to maneuver through the defense. Teregud Hamran's late challenge caught a Knighton's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teregud Hamran helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, UWA Carmarthen's Teregud Hamran got a free kick in the 15th minute. Knighton's Alawn Ingoldsby proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Knighton from getting a goal against them. During the 22nd minute of the match Teregud Hamran completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Teregud Hamran a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Ren King hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Drych Forsyth who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 29thth minute tested the skills of Alawn Ingoldsby when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Knighton's zone, Drych Forsyth stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alawn Ingoldsby came out of the goal and Drych Forsyth tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Knighton's Alawn Ingoldsby got control of the ball when Drych Forsyth tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ren King struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Alawn Ingoldsby didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UWA Carmarthen. After 40 played minutes Knighton got a freekick which was hit by Kynedyr Carrey. After 42 minutes of play, Knighton's Yale Copeland made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Idris Greenham was left in no man's land by his defense there! Drych Forsyth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Alawn Ingoldsby tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Yale Copeland stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nissyen Flynn came free with the goalkeeper in the 52nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Idris Greenham could save by the left post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Drych Forsyth in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alawn Ingoldsby prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 59th minute, Nissyen Flynn got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 64 minutes into the match, UWA Carmarthen's goal looked a bit too open when Yale Copeland came free, but Idris Greenham reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 67th minute, Drych Forsyth ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alawn Ingoldsby was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Garnock Camden kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Yale Copeland kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Idris Greenham. That made the score 2-3 in the 72 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Knighton's zone, Drych Forsyth stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alawn Ingoldsby came out of the goal and Drych Forsyth tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. UWA Carmarthen's Ren King got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Idris Greenham was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Yale Copeland showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-4 in the 81 minute of play. After a rather tough play, UWA Carmarthen's Clud Goff got a free kick in the 84th minute. UWA Carmarthen's Idris Greenham proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save UWA Carmarthen from getting a goal against them. A collision led to UWA Carmarthen getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Ren King hit a great ball. With a little luck, UWA Carmarthen's Idris Greenham got control of the ball when Nissyen Flynn tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 89th play minute Nissyen Flynn came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Idris Greenham. 2-5. Idris Greenham took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yale Copeland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the final whistle went the supporters of Knighton were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant UWA Carmarthen side.
