Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Teregud Brien started the match with the kick off. Bwlch Thatcher showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Heilyn Holcomb in the 4th minute of the match. Deiniol Hinton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Mabon Keelan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mabon Keelan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teregud Brien in the 9th minute of play. Bwlch Thatcher came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Neath's Rhett Berry. But to his dismay, Rhett Berry quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Teryrnon Hakes kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Rhett Berry managed to get in a good position for a shot. Neath's supporters rose to their feet, but Rhett Berry was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bwlch Thatcher breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mabon Keelan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teregud Brien in the 19th minute of the match. Teregud Brien fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mabon Keelan having to interfere. Teregud Brien took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mabon Keelan. Mabon Keelan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Collen Forsyth scored 2-1 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bwlch Thatcher, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bwlch Thatcher showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sayer Hitchcock in the 37th minute of the match. In the 38th minute, Dillus Johnson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 41st play minute Rhett Berry came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Bwlch Thatcher. 3-1. In the 46th minute, Berth Ammon made a precise shot to the right of Bwlch Thatcher. Cardiff's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Collen Forsyth made a kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Neath was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Collen Forsyth to maneuver through the defense. When Neath's Rhett Berry in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cardiff's goalie prevented a goal. Teregud Brien blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mabon Keelan having to make a save. Neath's Mabon Keelan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teregud Brien in the 60th minute of play. In the 66th minute, Rhett Berry ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bwlch Thatcher was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. Bwlch Thatcher showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Collen Forsyth in the 69th minute of the match. Cardiff's Bwlch Thatcher played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Collen Forsyth in the 71st minute of play. Heilyn Holcomb scored 6-1 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bwlch Thatcher, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 79th minute Collen Forsyth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bwlch Thatcher saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mabon Keelan made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Deiniol Hinton sent off a good shot on target. Bwlch Thatcher showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Collen Forsyth in the 91st minute of the match. In the 93rd minute Rhett Berry shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bwlch Thatcher saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teregud Brien in the 94th minute of play forced Neath's goalkeeper Mabon Keelan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cardiff's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
