In the 47th minute Cadwaladr Biddwell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fercos Criddle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cant Herbert stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cadwaladr Biddwell took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fercos Criddle. Fercos Criddle dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Caradoc Hockensmith might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fercos Criddle. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Caradoc Hockensmith ran back to his position shaking his head. After 67 minutes of play, Presteigne's Cadwaladr Biddwell made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fercos Criddle was left in no man's land by his defense there! 73 minutes into the match, Caradoc Hockensmith had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fercos Criddle. Barry Athletic CF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Caradoc Hockensmith was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Emrys Crittall kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Cadwaladr Biddwell's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fercos Criddle was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. Oswallt Hampton didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emrys Crittall went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. The Barry Athletic CF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fercos Criddle should have stopped the shot. Cadwaladr Biddwell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Fercos Criddle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Presteigne had played much better football throughout.
