Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cadwaladr Biddwell started the match with the kick off. Gwres Charlton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cadwaladr Biddwell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 8th minute, Caradoc Hockensmith made a precise shot to the right of Gwres Charlton. Port Talbot's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After 11th play minutes Caradoc Hockensmith shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Gwres Charlton and just under the crossbar into goal. Caradoc Hockensmith hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. 16 minutes into the game, Port Talbot's Gowerr Faircloth nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Oswallt Hampton made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Kai Kinsey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oswallt Hampton having to interfere. Oswallt Hampton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kai Kinsey, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After 29 played minutes Presteigne got a freekick which was hit by Caradoc Hockensmith. Oswallt Hampton didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gowerr Faircloth went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arawn Aldridge in the 40th minute of play forced Port Talbot's goalkeeper Gwres Charlton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arawn Aldridge during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The Port Talbot fans' excitement grew in the 46th match minute when Port Talbot's Gowerr Faircloth looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After the first half Port Talbot were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gowerr Faircloth stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gwres Charlton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cadwaladr Biddwell in the 52nd minute of the match. 55 minutes into the match, Kai Kinsey notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of Presteigne's Oswallt Hampton. Oswallt Hampton was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Oswallt Hampton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gowerr Faircloth in the 60th minute of the match. After 67 played minutes Port Talbot got a freekick which was hit by Nissyen Doney. Caradoc Gould was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 67th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gowerr Faircloth in the 69th minute of play forced Presteigne's goalkeeper Oswallt Hampton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gwres Charlton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Caradoc Hockensmith, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 75 minutes into the match, Port Talbot's goal looked a bit too open when Cadwaladr Biddwell came free, but Gwres Charlton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Presteigne booed when Port Talbot was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peissawg Brent didn't get a good kick on the ball. 79 minutes into the game, Peissawg Brent was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Port Talbot's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Presteigne the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 79th minute of the game. One of Port Talbot:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Presteigne:s goal. Gwres Charlton had in the 80thth minute some difficulties stopping Caradoc Gould's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. With a little luck, Presteigne's Oswallt Hampton got control of the ball when Kai Kinsey tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cadwaladr Biddwell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Gwres Charlton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gwres Charlton stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cadwaladr Biddwell's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Port Talbot had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
