The Knighton fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Andras Leek to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Talgarth's goal looked a bit too open when Kynon Dempsey came free, but Rhys Wharfinger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Merlin Cleghorn in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rhys Wharfinger prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Knighton's Yale Brewster proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Knighton from getting a goal against them. 71 minutes into the match, Talgarth's goal looked a bit too open when Cadwr Burchett came free, but Rhys Wharfinger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
