Gwitart Lister showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andras Leek, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Aglovale Lydiican managed to get in a good position for a shot. Llandudno Drillers's supporters rose to their feet, but Aglovale Lydiican was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rhys Wharfinger breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 19th minute Andras Leek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gwitart Lister saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gwitart Lister showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andras Leek in the 20th minute of the match. When Talgarth's Andras Leek in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Arawn Hatton didn't get a good kick on the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Kynon Lax notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Llandudno Drillers's Gwitart Lister. Gwitart Lister was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andras Leek in the 38th minute of play forced Llandudno Drillers's goalkeeper Gwitart Lister to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pasgen Bilton's late challenge caught a Talgarth's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pasgen Bilton helped the player get up and apologised. When Cadellin Finlay came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Talgarth fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cadellin Finlay couldn't finish the play. After 41 minutes of play Llandudno Drillers's Pasgen Bilton was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 42 played minutes Llandudno Drillers got a freekick which was hit by Pasgen Bilton. After some careless play in the Talgarth defense, Gamon Lunshekaun kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rhys Wharfinger. The Talgarth fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rhys Wharfinger should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Andras Leek to strike the kick off in the second half. The throw-in from Aeddan Howker in the 53rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Llandudno Drillers's Gamon Lunshekaun. In the 56th match minute, Talgarth was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bran Canada to maneuver through the defense. Andras Leek took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gwitart Lister. Gwitart Lister dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Cadellin Finlay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gwitart Lister having to interfere. 64 minutes into the match, Llandudno Drillers's goalkeeper Gwitart Lister had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bran Canada. After 65 minutes, Andras Leek mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Talgarth and the Llandudno Drillers players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 66 played minutes Talgarth got a freekick which was hit by Andras Leek. Tudur Gooch blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rhys Wharfinger having to make a save. Gamon Lunshekaun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Rhys Wharfinger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aneirin Douglas's late challenge caught a Llandudno Drillers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aneirin Douglas helped the player get up and apologised. In the 77th minute, Aneirin Douglas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rhys Wharfinger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gamon Lunshekaun in the 82nd minute of play. When Tudur Gooch came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Llandudno Drillers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tudur Gooch couldn't finish the play. In the 92nd minute, Gamon Lunshekaun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gamon Lunshekaun kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. 96 minutes into the game, Aeddan Howker threw the ball into play from the sideline. Llandudno Drillers's Gamon Lunshekaun quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Talgarth walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
