Arglwydd Boniface helped the player get up and apologised. In the 14th minute, Gareth Fabian had to leave the field with a concussion. When Caledvwich Simmons fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Llantwit Major F.C.'s protests and gave Caledvwich Simmons a yellow card for diving instead. Caledvwich Simmons kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. In the 17th minute of the match Aeddan Saddler sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jones Clayton skillfully saved the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Peissawg Criddle managed to get in a good position for a shot. Llantwit Major F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Peissawg Criddle was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aedd Boham breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Peissawg Criddle got free with Aedd Boham in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aedd Boham didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Llantwit Major F.C.'s Peissawg Criddle shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-1 in the ordered_time% minute. After 46 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Llantwit Major F.C.! The referee gave Presteigne a penalty, 50 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Aeddan Saddler, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Llantwit Major F.C.'s Jones Clayton. 2-2. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Peissawg Criddle to strike the kick off in the second half. Aedd Boham came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Llantwit Major F.C.'s Peissawg Criddle. But to his dismay, Peissawg Criddle quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. 62 minutes into the match, Llantwit Major F.C.'s goalkeeper Jones Clayton had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rhys Brightsmith. 65 minutes into the game, Llantwit Major F.C.'s Peissawg Criddle nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aedd Boham made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. 72 minutes into the match, Presteigne's Clud Lodder sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jones Clayton narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Peissawg Criddle in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aedd Boham saved Presteigne from getting behind. Llantwit Major F.C.'s Peissawg Criddle got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aedd Boham took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peissawg Criddle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84th minute, one of Presteigne:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Presteigne. 89 minutes into the match, Presteigne's goal looked a bit too open when Peissawg Criddle came free, but Aedd Boham reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Presteigne's goalkeeper Aedd Boham, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Aedd Boham stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Peissawg Criddle's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. In the 97th minute Peissawg Criddle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aedd Boham saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle, Llantwit Major F.C. could leave the field as winners, despite Presteigne having more of the ball for most of the match.
