Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dilwyn Caine took the kick off in the first half of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gruffen Little got free with Bors Allard in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bors Allard stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dilwyn Caine's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. If Dilwyn Caine had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dilwyn Caine fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bors Allard having to interfere. In the 16th match minute, Neath was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aneirin Drinkwater to maneuver through the defense. Addolgar Andrew took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 16th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Brathach Brewster. Neath's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After having played for 19 minutes, Gruffen Little managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Neath's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gruffen Little was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kynedyr Arthur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Brathach Brewster tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Llyn Featherston during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 28 played minutes UWA Haverfordwest got a freekick which was hit by Llyn Featherston. When Gruffen Little came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Neath fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gruffen Little couldn't finish the play. Gruffen Little received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Bors Allard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 48th minute, Neath's Dilwyn Caine dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tremayne Gibb to strike the kick off in the second half. Llyn Featherston kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Gruffen Little struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Bors Allard didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Neath. Gruffen Little fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bors Allard having to interfere. When Tremayne Gibb came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the UWA Haverfordwest fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tremayne Gibb couldn't finish the play. Bors Allard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dilwyn Caine, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 80 minutes into the match, Neath's goalkeeper Brathach Brewster had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kynedyr Arthur. The supporters of Neath booed when UWA Haverfordwest was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lot Frost didn't get a good kick on the ball. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
