In the 8th minute, ATLAS FC - FDFDF's Eugen Alex ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Addolgar Bowen. Addolgar Bowen yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. In the 15th minute Eugen Alex shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Addolgar Bowen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 17 minutes into the match, Porthcawl's goalkeeper Addolgar Bowen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eugen Alex. Eugen Alex could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Addolgar Bowen made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Eugen Alex's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Addolgar Bowen was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. If Moise Mălăncioiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 25 minutes into the game, Eugen Alex recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Addolgar Bowen. Eugen Alex showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Eugen Alex did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 5-0 to the left of a surprised Addolgar Bowen 34 minutes into the match. Addolgar Bowen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugen Alex, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. In the 39th minute, Porthcawl's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Pembroke Fitzroy fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 45 minutes into the match, ATLAS FC - FDFDF's goal looked a bit too open when Puw Donnelly came free, but Froilan Baumar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tad Kain hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Moise Mălăncioiu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Addolgar Bowen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Puw Donnelly was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eugen Alex in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Addolgar Bowen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Addolgar Bowen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moise Mălăncioiu in the 53rd minute of play. Froilan Baumar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Puw Donnelly, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Puw Donnelly recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 64th minute, Eugen Alex ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Addolgar Bowen was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. 69 minutes into the game, Percival Tróia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ATLAS FC - FDFDF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Porthcawl the free kick. In the 71st minute, Isac Bratu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Porthcawl's Digon Gee got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 74thth minute of the game Eugen Alex who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Porthcawl's Addolgar Bowen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eugen Alex in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Addolgar Bowen saved Porthcawl from getting behind. In the 86thth minute of the game Eugen Alex who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Porthcawl's Addolgar Bowen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Puw Donnelly's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Froilan Baumar was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. In the 97th match minute, ATLAS FC - FDFDF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isac Bratu to maneuver through the defense. When the referee ended the match the ATLAS FC - FDFDF players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
