The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Galahad Carver during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Galahad Carver kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 30th minute of the match Padrig Fitzjohn shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gruddyeu Garrett showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Gruddyeu Garrett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dillan Keegan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 34 minutes, Iestyn Keeler managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Prestatyn's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iestyn Keeler was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Iestyn Keeler took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Eudav Fabian to make any attempt to save it. 45 minutes into the game, Deiniol Garrity was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Llangollen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Prestatyn the free kick. In the 45th minute, Deiniol Garrity hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eudav Fabian made an important save on a dangerous shot by Iestyn Keeler in the 46th minute. Iestyn Keeler could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Eudav Fabian made a huge save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Iestyn Keeler stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Ceithin Baldwin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eudav Fabian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Prestatyn's Ceithin Baldwin got a free kick in the 58th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Llangollen's zone, Iestyn Keeler stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eudav Fabian came out of the goal and Iestyn Keeler tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iestyn Keeler in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eudav Fabian saved Llangollen from getting behind. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 66th minute of the game. One of Llangollen:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Prestatyn:s goal. Mercher Leeche shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Llangollen's Eudav Fabian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Galahad Carver in the 69th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iestyn Keeler in the 72nd minute of play forced Llangollen's goalkeeper Eudav Fabian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Llangollen's Ifor Deacon got a free kick in the 73rd minute. In the 75th match minute, Llangollen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Deiniol Garrity to maneuver through the defense. Eudav Fabian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iestyn Keeler in the 79th minute of play. Dillan Keegan struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Gruddyeu Garrett didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Llangollen. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eudav Fabian showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to Llangollen getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Dillan Keegan hit a great ball. In the 97th minute, Ofydd Doney hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 98th minute of the match Mercher Leeche shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eudav Fabian showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Prestatyn's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
