Gwallter Porter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sior Hanley in the 10th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the game, Sior Hanley cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Gwallter Porter was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 13 played minutes Penarth got a freekick which was hit by Sior Hanley. Naw Kavanagh charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Naw Kavanagh the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Penarth getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Naw Kavanagh hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Waljan Faulkner during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Polish Skets's Waljan Faulkner got a free kick in the 23rd minute. The supporters of Penarth booed when Polish Skets was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angawdd Brightsmith didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 41st minute, Peissawg Garland ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gwallter Porter was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Gwallter Porter was out of position in the 45 minute of play, and Sior Hanley capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sior Hanley really showed his touch with that goal: 4-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ol Compton made a kick off. After having played for 51 minutes, Peissawg Garland managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Penarth's supporters crossed their fingers, but Peissawg Garland was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 53rd minute, Sior Hanley made a precise shot to the right of Gwallter Porter. Polish Skets's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-2. In the 56th minute, Sior Hanley left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Penarth fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-2. Gwallter Porter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sior Hanley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sior Hanley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gwallter Porter having to interfere. In the 77th match minute, Polish Skets was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bryn Lewis to maneuver through the defense. After 78 played minutes Penarth got a freekick which was hit by Dirmyg Francom. Waljan Faulkner scored 6-3 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arthur Gain, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 83rd minute of the match Polish Skets got a corner. Penarth's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gwallter Greene ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 85 minutes of play, Penarth's Peissawg Garland made it 7-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gwallter Porter was left in no man's land by his defense there! Arthur Gain was out of position in the 90 minute of play, and Bryn Lewis capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bryn Lewis really showed his touch with that goal: 7-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Waljan Faulkner got free with Arthur Gain in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Polish Skets's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
