Med Jbara made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Muhammad Robime sent off a good shot on target. Med Jbara didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 25th minute, which inside left pole to 1-2. In the 29th minute, Alcester's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jean Ben Amor fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Muhammad Robime received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Med Jbara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cowes United's attack was well implemented in the 32nd minute, but when Jean Ben Amor was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. A collision led to Cowes United getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Hamdi Limam hit a great ball. Bechir Nafti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdallah Ziadi in the 43rd minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Cowes United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alcester the free kick. After 63 played minutes Cowes United got a freekick which was hit by Hamza Mor . Abdallah Ziadi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Bechir Nafti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 74 played minutes Cowes United got a freekick which was hit by Hamed Karoui. Bechir Nafti came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Alcester's Imed Abdelkader. But to his dismay, Imed Abdelkader quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. After having played for 79 minutes, Muhammad Robime managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cowes United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Muhammad Robime was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Muhammad Robime sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86th minute, Hamdi Limam hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 88 minutes into the match, Moustapha Bouzayane had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bechir Nafti. Cowes United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Moustapha Bouzayane was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. Mehdi Mkacher's late challenge caught a Cowes United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mehdi Mkacher helped the player get up and apologised. When Mohieddine Bensedrine fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cowes United's protests and gave Mohieddine Bensedrine a yellow card for diving instead. In the 96th match minute, Cowes United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mohieddine Bensedrine to maneuver through the defense. The Alcester players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
