Wallasey's Hamdi Sellami played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hassib Jemmali in the 17th minute of play. The supporters of Teign FC booed when Wallasey was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ben Baccouche didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kaies Boumnijel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Hamdi Sellami tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hassib Jemmali stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ben Baccouche kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. Mohsen Khayachi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zoubeir Akid having to interfere. A collision led to Teign FC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Habib Ali Saidi hit a great ball. Alaeddine Mestiri might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zoubeir Akid. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alaeddine Mestiri ran back to his position shaking his head. Hassib Jemmali fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hamdi Sellami having to interfere. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Wallasey's goalkeeper Hamdi Sellami, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ferid Achab hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Alaeddine Mestiri succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-2 in the 71st playminute. Hamdi Sellami showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kaies Boumnijel in the 76th minute of the match. If Hassib Jemmali had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 83 minutes into the match, Alaeddine Mestiri notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Teign FC's Zoubeir Akid. Zoubeir Akid was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hamdi Sellami showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hassib Jemmali in the 88th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aziz Naybet during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 92nd minute Teign FC were awarded a corner. Mehdi Ben Jaouachi went to the cornerflag to take it. Teign FC's Sadok Boumnijel was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Hamdi Sellami in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The Teign FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Wallasey's performance. The match ended with a win for Wallasey.
