Fethi Escheikh tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdelwahab Nafti in the 14th minute of play forced Woking City's goalkeeper Fethi Escheikh to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute Wissem Tlili shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fethi Escheikh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anis Hedi Jedidi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adel Kaâbi went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Mohamed Salah Neifar hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abdelwahab Nafti in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fethi Escheikh prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Castleford AFC's Wissem Tlili got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wissem Tlili in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. After a rather tough play, Woking City's Hatem Mkacher got a free kick in the 45th minute. After taking down the ball on Castleford AFC's corner Zoubeir Fitouri fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Fethi Escheikh quite easily take care of the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mohamad Belkhodja stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd play minute Abdelwahab Nafti came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Fethi Escheikh. 1-1. Woking City's Fethi Escheikh proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Woking City from getting a goal against them. After having played for 59 minutes, Adel Kaâbi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Woking City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adel Kaâbi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Adel Kaâbi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Anis Hedi Jedidi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anis Hedi Jedidi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adel Kaâbi in the 80th minute of the match. If Adel Kaâbi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 83 played minutes Woking City got a freekick which was hit by Mohamed Salah Neifar. When Adel Kaâbi came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Woking City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adel Kaâbi couldn't finish the play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
