Majed Essediri in the 17thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Bernard Tlili, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Mohieddine Benslimane charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mohieddine Benslimane the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Ouled el houla's Mohieddine Benslimane got a free kick in the 19th minute. Samir Sellami came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Chelmsford City's Fadhel Ghodbane . But to his dismay, Fadhel Ghodbane quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Samir Sellami didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fadhel Ghodbane went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fadhel Ghodbane in the 30th minute of play forced Ouled el houla's goalkeeper Samir Sellami to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 36 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Majed Essediri sped through Chelmsford City's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bernard Tlili. When Lotfi Jemmali came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Ouled el houla fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lotfi Jemmali couldn't finish the play. In the 41st minute, Ouled el houla's Majed Essediri dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. Majed Essediri struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Bernard Tlili didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ouled el houla.

The wind increased when Majed Essediri made the kick off in the second half. Bernard Tlili took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Majed Essediri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Karim Ghigani charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Karim Ghigani the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Ouled el houla's Karim Ghigani got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 57th minute, Zine Mnari left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chelmsford City fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. Samir Sellami showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fadhel Ghodbane , who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. The audience was convinced that Majed Essediri's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bernard Tlili was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. 67 minutes into the match, Ouled el houla's goalkeeper Samir Sellami had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zine Mnari. Samir Sellami made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fadhel Ghodbane in the 69th minute of play. Samir Sellami was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fadhel Ghodbane showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-4 in the 69 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Chelmsford City's Abdelkarim Baly got a free kick in the 73rd minute. In the 75th minute, Majed Essediri got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 80 minutes into the game, Chelmsford City's Zine Mnari nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Samir Sellami made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-5. Ouled el houla's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Fadhel Ghodbane 85 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-6. Bernard Tlili came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Ouled el houla's Majed Essediri. But to his dismay, Majed Essediri quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-6. The Ouled el houla supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Chelmsford City's performance. The match ended with a win for Chelmsford City.
