Spectators: 6747 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1747, VIP seats: 0) Lancing FC's Said Ben Diwa started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. David Thabet stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Radhi Jennet's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. Nejib Ben Ammar hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Wickersley FC's Houcine Achab couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 6th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Lancing FC. Chokri Bouchrara took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised David Thabet . David Thabet dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chokri Bouchrara in the 11th minute of play forced Lancing FC's goalkeeper David Thabet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute, Houcine Achab sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Lancing FC's David Thabet didn't even have to move. David Thabet came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Wickersley FC's Chokri Bouchrara. But to his dismay, Chokri Bouchrara quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 22 minutes into the game, Wickersley FC's Chokri Bouchrara nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. David Thabet made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Said Ben Diwa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hassene Trabelsi having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Said Ben Diwa kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hassene Trabelsi. That made the score 1-3 in the 36 minute of play. With a little luck, Wickersley FC's Hassene Trabelsi got control of the ball when Mohamed Ali Jomaa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Radhi Jennet was the one to do the kick off. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Wickersley FC's goalkeeper Hassene Trabelsi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 65th minute Radhi Jennet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Thabet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, Said Ben Diwa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hassene Trabelsi. Wickersley FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Said Ben Diwa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. After a rather tough play, Wickersley FC's Radhi Jennet got a free kick in the 71st minute. Said Ben Diwa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lancing FC's goalkeeper David Thabet , but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 78th minute of the match Ahmed Ghigani sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hassene Trabelsi skillfully saved the ball. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Radhi Jennet put it in 2-4 from a short distance just to the right of David Thabet . 89 minutes into the game, Lancing FC's Mohamed Ali Jomaa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hassene Trabelsi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-4. Wickersley FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
