Aziz Omrani in the 20thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. The wind increased when Hamed Radhouani made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdelkarim Essafi in the 85th minute of play forced Gainsborough's goalkeeper Dali Brahem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The tension between the Gainsborough and the Thorpe-le-Soken players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Thorpe-le-Soken booed when Gainsborough was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karim Akid didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 94 minutes of play, Thorpe-le-Soken's Hamed Radhouani made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dali Brahem was left in no man's land by his defense there! The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
