In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Thorpe-le-Soken's goalkeeper Hatem Khcharem, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Everton's David Majeri proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Everton from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hamed Radhouani got free with David Majeri in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hamza Bouazizi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hatem Khcharem having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wissem Ben Laabidi made a kick off. If Hamed Radhouani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Everton getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Habib Haggui hit a great ball. Radhi Mor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mohamed Ameur took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 71st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for David Majeri. Everton's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Habib Haggui could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Hatem Khcharem made a huge save. Hamza Bouazizi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Hatem Khcharem made a huge save. After 77 minutes of play, Thorpe-le-Soken's Hamed Radhouani made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. David Majeri was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hatem Khcharem made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zoubeir Chiboub in the 83rd minute. Radhi Mor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Everton's goalkeeper David Majeri, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hamza Bouazizi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Hatem Khcharem tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Everton players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Thorpe-le-Soken.
