Spectators: 6737 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1737, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Habib Gasmi kicked off to start the match. In the 2nd minute, Mohamed Zahaf hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 4th minute, Warrington's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Férid Ben Mokthar fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 8th minute Habib Gasmi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sadok Jemmali saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Habib Gasmi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 21 minutes into the game, Wissem Ben Karoui was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Warrington's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Torquay FC the free kick. After 21 played minutes Warrington got a freekick which was hit by Wissem Ben Karoui. Sadok Jemmali showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Habib Gasmi in the 23rd minute of the match. Férid Ben Mokthar in the 28thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Sadok Jemmali, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Férid Ben Mokthar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Habib Gasmi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sadok Jemmali showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Habib Gasmi in the 35th minute of the match. Férid Ben Mokthar scored 1-0 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sadok Jemmali, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Férid Ben Mokthar came free with the goalkeeper in the 47th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Sadok Jemmali could save by the left post.

Férid Ben Mokthar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sadok Jemmali came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Torquay FC's Férid Ben Mokthar. But to his dismay, Férid Ben Mokthar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 69th minute Habib Gasmi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sadok Jemmali saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mahmoud Bejaoui hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. When Torquay FC's Habib Gasmi in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Warrington's goalie prevented a goal. 76 minutes into the match, Torquay FC's Kamel Ghodhbane sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sadok Jemmali narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mehdi Ben Essediri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moncef Salem, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Moncef Salem might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mehdi Ben Essediri. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Moncef Salem ran back to his position shaking his head. Zoubair Sboui sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Torquay FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Moncef Salem 87 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-1. Torquay FC's Férid Ben Mokthar got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sadok Jemmali made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Habib Gasmi in the 92nd minute of play. After having played for 94 minutes, Zoubair Sboui managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Warrington's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zoubair Sboui was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moncef Salem in the 96th minute of play forced Torquay FC's goalkeeper Mehdi Ben Essediri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Warrington players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Torquay FC.
