Spectators: 6746 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1746, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Moez Namouchi took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Hernan Betadur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 6 minutes, Moez Namouchi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sandwich City and the Al Hilal Sfax players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Sandwich City getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Moez Namouchi hit a great ball. The Al Hilal Sfax fans' excitement grew in the 8th match minute when Al Hilal Sfax's Hichem Boumnijel looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Hedi Slim recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by Al Hilal Sfax's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Adel Bejaoui was slow to take the kick. During this time Sandwich City's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Sandwich City's Adel Bejaoui to fire away a dangerous shot which Mehdi Bejaoui despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 20 minutes into the game, Al Hilal Sfax's Hernan Betadur nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ahmad Bargougui made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Ahmad Bargougui showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hernan Betadur, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. When Al Hilal Sfax's Hichem Boumnijel in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sandwich City's goalie prevented a goal. Hernan Betadur took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ahmad Bargougui. Ahmad Bargougui dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 32nd minute, Hichem Boumnijel made a precise shot to the right of Ahmad Bargougui. Sandwich City's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. 35 minutes into the match, Al Hilal Sfax's goalkeeper Mehdi Bejaoui had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hedi Slim. Sandwich City's Ahmad Bargougui played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hichem Boumnijel in the 38th minute of play. Ahmad Bargougui stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hichem Boumnijel's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. In the 45th minute Hernan Betadur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmad Bargougui saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Hernan Betadur's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ahmad Bargougui was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hernan Betadur made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hedi Slim in the 52nd minute of play forced Al Hilal Sfax's goalkeeper Mehdi Bejaoui to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hichem Boumnijel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hernan Betadur in the 57thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ahmad Bargougui, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 59 minutes into the game, Hernan Betadur cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Ahmad Bargougui was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Moncef El Naili managed to get in a good position for a shot. Al Hilal Sfax's supporters rose to their feet, but Moncef El Naili was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahmad Bargougui breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Moncef El Naili's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ahmad Bargougui read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Moncef El Naili kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ahmad Bargougui. That made the score 0-6 in the 65 minute of play. Mehdi Bejaoui didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Moez Namouchi went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-6 was the resulting score. 79 minutes into the game, Hichem Boumnijel recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ahmad Bargougui. Hichem Boumnijel showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-7. Ahmad Bargougui made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hichem Boumnijel in the 82nd minute of play. 84 minutes into the game, Hedi Slim was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sandwich City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Al Hilal Sfax the free kick. In the 84th minute, Hedi Slim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 85th minute Hichem Boumnijel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmad Bargougui saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ahmad Bargougui showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hichem Boumnijel in the 86th minute of the match. Ahmad Bargougui stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hichem Boumnijel's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. Hernan Betadur might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ahmad Bargougui. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hernan Betadur ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpected shot in the 93rd minute by Hichem Boumnijel got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When the final whistle sounded Al Hilal Sfax left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Sandwich City.
