Yassine Saidi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rachid Dhafer in the 7th minute of the match. The supporters of Devizes booed when Sidmouth AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rachid Dhafer didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caid Zahani in the 20th minute of play forced Sidmouth AFC's goalkeeper Najeh Karoui to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mohamed Jaballah during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 23 played minutes Sidmouth AFC got a freekick which was hit by Mohamed Jaballah. In the 43rd minute Rachid Dhafer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yassine Saidi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mongi Hleli to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Sidmouth AFC's goalkeeper Najeh Karoui had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mongi Hleli. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yassine Saidi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sidmouth AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 61st minute, when Mongi Hleli scored to the left of an out of position Najeh Karoui, making the score, 1-2. Najeh Karoui stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Caid Zahani's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. A collision led to Sidmouth AFC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Mohamed Jaballah hit a great ball. 71 minutes into the match, Mongi Chikhaoui notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Devizes's Yassine Saidi. Yassine Saidi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Devizes booed when Sidmouth AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zine BenAmor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rachid Dhafer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Yassine Saidi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mongi Chikhaoui fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yassine Saidi having to interfere. After 94 played minutes Sidmouth AFC got a freekick which was hit by Mohamed Jaballah. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
