Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when David Souayah kicked off to start the match. Amir Nefzi kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. With his leg Heithem Abdallah managed to avoid a goal in the 6thth minute, when kateda fc's Mohamad Yahia fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 9th minute, kateda fc's David Souayah dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Heithem Abdallah made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Souayah in the 16th minute of play. Heithem Abdallah took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Souayah, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When David Souayah came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the kateda fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Souayah couldn't finish the play. Mohamad Yahia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Heithem Abdallah having to interfere. Abdelaziz Nouira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hamadi Belhouane in the 24th minute of the match. Abdelaziz Nouira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hamadi Belhouane, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. A collision led to kateda fc getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Karim Ghannouchi hit a great ball. Abdelaziz Nouira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hamadi Belhouane, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. David Souayah received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Heithem Abdallah tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Shoeburyness's Heithem Abdallah got control of the ball when Karim Ghannouchi tried to sneak it across the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Muhammad Souayah made the kick off in the second half. Muhammad Souayah received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Abdelaziz Nouira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Mohamad Yahia came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the kateda fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mohamad Yahia couldn't finish the play. Hamadi Belhouane sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Chaouki Saidi fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored kateda fc's protests and gave Chaouki Saidi a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to kateda fc getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Chaouki Saidi hit a great ball. Muhammad Souayah recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Heithem Abdallah showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Souayah in the 70th minute of the match. Mohamad Yahia might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Heithem Abdallah. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mohamad Yahia ran back to his position shaking his head. Abdelaziz Nouira came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Shoeburyness's Muhammad Souayah. But to his dismay, Muhammad Souayah quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 83rd minute David Souayah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Heithem Abdallah saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. David Souayah received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Heithem Abdallah tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 91 minutes into the match, Hamadi Belhouane had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Abdelaziz Nouira. kateda fc's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hamadi Belhouane was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Hamadi Belhouane sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Shoeburyness's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
