Spectators: 6741 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1741, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Majdi Ben Nacef kicked off to start the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Taoufik Sioud during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 3rd match minute, East Horsley was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Taoufik Sioud to maneuver through the defense. East Horsley's Salah Chérif proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save East Horsley from getting a goal against them. Majdi Ben Nacef recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ali Saada received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Salah Chérif came out and tried to block the shot, but Ali Saada slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 15th minute. Majdi Ben Nacef received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Riadh Hammami tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Riadh Jaidi managed to get in a good position for a shot. East Horsley's supporters rose to their feet, but Riadh Jaidi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Riadh Hammami breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 25th match minute, East Horsley was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ammar Bensedrine to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Richmond City getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Ali Saada hit a great ball. Riadh Hammami stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Riadh Jaidi's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Richmond City's Ali Saada got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 35 minutes into the match, Richmond City's Karim Baly sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Salah Chérif narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Riadh Hammami made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Majdi Ben Nacef in the 38th minute of play. After 39 played minutes Richmond City got a freekick which was hit by Samir Baccouche. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Majdi Ben Nacef managed to get in a good position for a shot. East Horsley's supporters rose to their feet, but Majdi Ben Nacef was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Riadh Hammami breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Riadh Jaidi scored 1-1 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Riadh Hammami, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ali Saada was the one to do the kick off. Riadh Jaidi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Riadh Jaidi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Riadh Hammami having to make a save. In the 57th minute of the match, Majdi Ben Nacef tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Riadh Hammami saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 60 played minutes Richmond City got a freekick which was hit by Nizar Jaballah. The crowd rose to their feet as East Horsley's Majdi Ben Nacef slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Riadh Hammami. That made the score 1-2 after 64 minutes of play. If Riadh Jaidi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Richmond City's zone, Riadh Jaidi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Riadh Hammami came out of the goal and Riadh Jaidi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Salah Chérif showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karim Baly, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. When East Horsley's Majdi Ben Nacef in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Richmond City's goalie prevented a goal. When the match clock showed 86 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Riadh Jaidi sped through Richmond City's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Riadh Hammami. East Horsley's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
