Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 0) Mourad Kalaï started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Blaise Trabelsi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radhi Chedli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yassine Aziza made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Rashid Farhat sent off a good shot on target. Slim Ben Bouzayène sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Blaise Trabelsi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radhi Chedli in the 18th minute of play. Blaise Trabelsi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radhi Chedli in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 22nd match minute, Eastbourne was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mustafa Ben Akid to maneuver through the defense. Battle City's attack was well implemented in the 26th minute, but when Slim Ben Bouzayène was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Eastbourne's Blaise Trabelsi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radhi Chedli in the 34th minute of play. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Battle City's goalkeeper Yassine Aziza, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Yassine Aziza came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Eastbourne's Rashid Farhat. But to his dismay, Rashid Farhat quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Slim Ben Bouzayène in the 47th minute of play forced Eastbourne's goalkeeper Blaise Trabelsi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th match minute, Eastbourne was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mustafa Ben Akid to maneuver through the defense. Battle City's Radhi Chedli got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Slim Ben Bouzayène was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Slim Ben Bouzayène made a precise shot to the right of Blaise Trabelsi. Eastbourne's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Rashid Farhat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Slim Ben Bouzayène in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Blaise Trabelsi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 62 minutes into the match, Battle City's goal looked a bit too open when Rashid Farhat came free, but Yassine Aziza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rashid Farhat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Yassine Aziza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mourad Kalaï struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Yassine Aziza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Eastbourne. Blaise Trabelsi made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Radhi Chedli sent off a good shot on target. Radhi Chedli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Eastbourne supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Battle City's performance. The match ended with a win for Battle City.
