The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 20 minutes into the game, Hamdi Kerrit cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Kais Hleli was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Torquay City booed when Camden was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chaouki Ben Adhoum didn't get a good kick on the ball. Torquay City's Mustafa Meriah got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 42 played minutes Torquay City got a freekick which was hit by Ahmed Karoui. Kais Hleli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Achref Amor in the 45th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mustafa Meriah made a kick off. Kais Hleli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hamdi Kerrit in the 57th minute of the match. Torquay City's Achref Trabelsi got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 63rd minute, Mohamed Salah Ben Jaziri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Achref Amor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The tension between the Torquay City and the Camden players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Camden getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Haroune Sfar hit a great ball.
