Spectators: 6728 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sahbi Chedli was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mondher Nafti kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Sutton's Ali Yahia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mohamed Mouaia Bouazizi in the 8th minute of play. When Amine Mechergui fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sutton's protests and gave Amine Mechergui a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Sutton's Amine Mechergui got a free kick in the 9th minute. In the 17th minute, Adel Mrabet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 19th minute Adel Mrabet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sahbi Chedli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Topsham's Tarek Akid slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ali Yahia. That made the score 1-1 after 23 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mohamed Mouaia Bouazizi in the 27th minute of play forced Sutton's goalkeeper Ali Yahia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Mohamed Mouaia Bouazizi came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Topsham fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mohamed Mouaia Bouazizi couldn't finish the play. Mohamed Mouaia Bouazizi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mohamed Mouaia Bouazizi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Ali Yahia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Sutton's Ali Yahia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lotfi Kasraoui in the 52nd minute of play. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sutton's goalkeeper Ali Yahia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ali Yahia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lotfi Kasraoui's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. If Mohamed Mouaia Bouazizi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ali Yahia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lotfi Kasraoui in the 76th minute of the match. 78 minutes into the match, Sutton's goal looked a bit too open when Lotfi Kasraoui came free, but Ali Yahia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Topsham's Lotfi Kasraoui got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ali Yahia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mohamed Mouaia Bouazizi, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. In the 88th minute, Mohamed Mouaia Bouazizi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ali Yahia was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. In the 92nd minute, Lotfi Kasraoui left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Topsham fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1.
