Spectators: 6732 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sabri Karoui started the match with the kick off. After having played for 3 minutes, Bahi Mor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Walton On The Naze United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bahi Mor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 8 minutes, Riadh Dhafer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Battersea AFC and the Walton On The Naze United players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 8th match minute, Battersea AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Riadh Dhafer to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sabri Karoui in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bechir Achab saved Battersea AFC from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Battersea AFC's zone, Sabri Karoui stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bechir Achab came out of the goal and Sabri Karoui tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sabri Karoui's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bechir Achab read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. Ali Naybet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Slim Saidi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 22 minutes, Jamel Fitouri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Battersea AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jamel Fitouri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 24 minutes, Slim Saidi made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Walton On The Naze United's Chaker Ben Ammar tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Slim Saidi hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Chaker Ben Ammar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Slim Saidi in the 31st minute of play. Battersea AFC's Ali Naybet got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bahi Mor 's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bechir Achab read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. After 38 minutes, Slim Saidi made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Walton On The Naze United's Chaker Ben Ammar tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A hard shot 43 in the game by Bahi Mor from a close distance when the talented Bechir Achab managed to make a qualified save. Battersea AFC's players were relieved. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Slim Saidi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Salah Belhaj Jelassi hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Slim Saidi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Battersea AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Slim Saidi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Chaker Ben Ammar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 62 played minutes Battersea AFC got a freekick which was hit by Zoubair Dahmani. Slim Saidi kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Walton On The Naze United's zone, Ali Naybet stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chaker Ben Ammar came out of the goal and Ali Naybet tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 74 played minutes Walton On The Naze United got a freekick which was hit by Sabri Karoui. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Slim Saidi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Battersea AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Slim Saidi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Chaker Ben Ammar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ali Naybet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Battersea AFC defense, Bahi Mor kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bechir Achab. The Battersea AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bechir Achab should have stopped the shot. 95 minutes into the match, Battersea AFC's Ali Naybet sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Chaker Ben Ammar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 95 played minutes Walton On The Naze United got a freekick which was hit by Zoubeir Jawachi. Chaker Ben Ammar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Slim Saidi in the 97th minute of play.
