Sami Ben Nacef showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mohamed Ben Saada in the 21st minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Thornhill's goal looked a bit too open when Karim Brahem came free, but Salah Belhaj Belkahia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mohamed Dermech during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Black Country booed when Thornhill was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mohamed Dermech didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mohamed Ben Saada in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sami Ben Nacef prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Abdelwahab Trabelsi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Black Country's Sami Ben Nacef played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdelwahab Trabelsi in the 66th minute of play. Salah Belhaj Belkahia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raouf Beya, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Salah Belhaj Belkahia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raouf Beya in the 70th minute. Faouzi Cherni's late challenge caught a Black Country's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Faouzi Cherni helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Black Country booed when Thornhill was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. The referee showed Ali Chedli the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 98 played minutes Black Country got a freekick which was hit by Ali Chedli. Thornhill's Abdelwahab Trabelsi got a good chance for a goal in the 100th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Black Country players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Thornhill from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
