Radhi Chaldun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 2nd minute. Iteb Badra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mohamed Nefzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iteb Badra having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Acton's zone, Mohamed Nefzi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iteb Badra came out of the goal and Mohamed Nefzi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lotfi Ladgham received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Sofiene Jebali tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Acton's Iteb Badra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radhi Chaldun in the 22nd minute of play. Lotfi Ladgham succeeded in the game's 24th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. Thirsk United's Sofiene Jebali proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Thirsk United from getting a goal against them. Mohamed Nefzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iteb Badra having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, Lotfi Ladgham got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sofiene Jebali showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lotfi Ladgham, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
In the 55th minute, Lotfi Ladgham left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Acton fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mohamed Nefzi in the 69th minute of play forced Acton's goalkeeper Iteb Badra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Radhi Chaldun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sofiene Jebali showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mustafa Ben Kerrit, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. In the 81st minute, Mustafa Ben Kerrit got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Walid Ouertani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sofiene Jebali having to interfere. After 83 played minutes Thirsk United got a freekick which was hit by Hedi Agrebi. The Acton fans' excitement grew in the 86th match minute when Acton's Mustafa Ben Kerrit looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Mustafa Ben Kerrit received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Sofiene Jebali tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Thirsk United players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Acton.
