The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 played minutes Real Sousse got a freekick which was hit by Aymen Benachour. Ali Kefacha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karim Mokthar having to interfere. In the 8th match minute, Wythenshaw FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Idir to maneuver through the defense. When Ammar Ghodbane came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Real Sousse fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ammar Ghodbane couldn't finish the play. The Wythenshaw FC fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when Wythenshaw FC's Ali Kefacha looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ali Kefacha struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Karim Mokthar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wythenshaw FC. When the match clock showed 23 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Ali Kefacha sped through Real Sousse's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Karim Mokthar. In the 26th minute, Oussama Jaidi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Karim Mokthar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Blaise Bourguiba in the 27th minute of the match. Hamdi Saidi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Karim Mokthar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Mohamed Mnari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th minute, Ali Kefacha made a precise shot to the right of Karim Mokthar. Real Sousse's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Karim Mokthar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Kefacha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ali Kefacha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Karim Mokthar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Hamdi Saidi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ali Kefacha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karim Mokthar having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ammar Ghodbane was the one to do the kick off. When Mohamed Mnari came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Real Sousse fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mohamed Mnari couldn't finish the play. Ammar Ghodbane took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Abdallah Younes. Abdallah Younes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. In the 66th minute, Mohamed Mnari got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mohamed Mnari struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Abdallah Younes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Sousse. Karim Mokthar made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Hamdi Saidi sent off a good shot on target. Mustafa Agrebi kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Mohamed Mnari recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ali Kefacha struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Karim Mokthar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wythenshaw FC. In the 95th minute, Hamdi Saidi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Wythenshaw FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
