Spectators: 6733 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1733, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Muhammad Mahouachi got the match started through his kick off. Longridge's Mohamed Jaidi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Muhammad Mahouachi in the 4th minute of play. Mohamed Jaidi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Muhammad Mahouachi in the 6th minute of play. The supporters of Banbury City booed when Longridge was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Achraf Mabrouk didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tarak Khaled received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Sofiane Haithem tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Beji Sebki blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sofiane Haithem having to make a save. In the 25th minute, Achraf Mabrouk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mohamed Jaidi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Muhammad Mahouachi, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Longridge's goalkeeper Mohamed Jaidi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 32nd minute, Anouar Mabrouk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Longridge's Achraf Mabrouk got a free kick in the 34th minute. Tarak Khaled received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Sofiane Haithem tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Beji Sebki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Banbury City's Ben al-Husain got a free kick in the 46th minute. Beji Sebki struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Sofiane Haithem didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Longridge. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Beji Sebki made the kick off in the second half. Mohamed Ghannouchi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mohamed Jaidi having to interfere. Tarak Khaled received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Sofiane Haithem tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 72 minutes into the game, Ben al-Husain was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Banbury City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Longridge the free kick. After 72 played minutes Banbury City got a freekick which was hit by Ben al-Husain. Sofiane Haithem made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beji Sebki in the 75th minute of play. Muhammad Mahouachi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Mohamed Jaidi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mohamed Jaidi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mohamed Ghannouchi in the 78th minute of the match. 83 minutes into the match, Mohamed Ghannouchi notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Longridge's Mohamed Jaidi. Mohamed Jaidi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tarak Khaled recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 94 minutes into the match, Banbury City's goal looked a bit too open when Beji Sebki came free, but Sofiane Haithem reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
