Spectators: 6755 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1755, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Adel Bourguiba made the kick off which started today's match. Samir al-Husain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Burnham on Sea FC's zone, Fatah Hammami stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Riadh Limam came out of the goal and Fatah Hammami tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jose Haggui came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Burnham on Sea FC's Samir al-Husain. But to his dismay, Samir al-Husain quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 15th minute, Fatah Hammami left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Broadstairs fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Salah Belhaj Jelassi hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. If Iteb El Bez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Samir al-Husain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sofiane Jaziri's late challenge caught a Burnham on Sea FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sofiane Jaziri helped the player get up and apologised. Sofiane Jaziri hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Fatah Hammami's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Riadh Limam firmly grabbed it by the left post. Jose Haggui showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samir al-Husain in the 40th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Samir al-Husain made the kick off in the second half. Iteb El Bez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jose Haggui having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Samir al-Husain kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jose Haggui. That made the score 1-2 in the 55 minute of play. Fatah Hammami received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Riadh Limam tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fatah Hammami recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emir Jaidi kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Broadstairs's Sofiane Jaziri got a free kick in the 72nd minute. In the 75th match minute, Burnham on Sea FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ziad Gharbi to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mohamed Salah Ben Sélim Haj Ali during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. With a little luck, Broadstairs's Jose Haggui got control of the ball when Iteb El Bez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fatah Hammami fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Riadh Limam having to interfere. The Broadstairs supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Burnham on Sea FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Burnham on Sea FC.
