Chedi Ben Dhia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hamed El Ouaer didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 27th minute, which inside left pole to 3-0. 31 minutes into the match, Orpington United's goal looked a bit too open when Bechir Jemmali came free, but Chedi Ben Dhia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bechir Jemmali made a kick off. 70 minutes into the match, Orpington United's goalkeeper Chedi Ben Dhia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mohamed Karoui. If Riadh Karoui had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hamed El Ouaer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karim Kalaï in the 79th minute of play. In the 87th minute Karim Kalaï shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hamed El Ouaer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
