Spectators: 6726 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 0) In the 5th match minute, Battle was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Beji Ghodhbane to maneuver through the defense. 6 minutes into the match, Battle's goal looked a bit too open when Hamdi Chedli came free, but Hamdi Mzali reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abdessalem Abdi took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bechir Bhar. Bechir Bhar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Caid Bourguiba recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 25thth minute of the game Hamdi Chedli who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Battle's Hamdi Mzali was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 27 minutes into the match, Beji Ghodhbane had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bechir Bhar. Stockport's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Beji Ghodhbane was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 30th minute, Battle's Maher Moatamri seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Maher Moatamri the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Battle protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Maher Moatamri had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 30th minute, one of Battle:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Battle. Abdessalem Abdi who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 34thth minute tested the skills of Bechir Bhar when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 35th match minute, Stockport was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adel Mechergui to maneuver through the defense. Hamdi Mzali showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Taieb Kadri, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

After having played for 53 minutes, Mohamed Salah Djait managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Battle's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mohamed Salah Djait was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Abdessalem Abdi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Bechir Bhar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bechir Bhar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mohamed Salah Djait, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abdessalem Abdi charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abdessalem Abdi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Battle's Abdessalem Abdi got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Amira Zaalani's late challenge caught a Stockport's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amira Zaalani helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Battle getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Amira Zaalani hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Stockport's Karim Bargawi tried to score from far away in the 70th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Taieb Kadri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Battle getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Mohamed Salah Djait hit a great ball. Abdessalem Abdi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bechir Bhar having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mohamed Slimane in the 82nd minute of play forced Stockport's goalkeeper Bechir Bhar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abdessalem Abdi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bechir Bhar having to interfere. Battle's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
