Ince's Adel Jelassi came free and shot a quick shot against goal 15 minutes in the game, fortunately Karim Ben Saada had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Abdeljelil Bassir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mohamed Jaber, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Lassaad Chippo kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Karim Ghodhbane fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karim Ben Saada having to interfere. Abdeljelil Bassir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Cockermouth were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mohamed Jaber to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Mohamed Jaber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abdeljelil Bassir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karim Ghodhbane scored 1-1 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Karim Ben Saada, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The long shot by Muhammad Ali Riza in the 58th minute really tested Abdeljelil Bassir's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 61 minutes in the game, Abdelkarim El Ouaer fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Abdeljelil Bassir having to interfere. If Adel Jelassi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cockermouth's Karim Ben Saada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adel Jelassi in the 73rd minute of play. Mohamed Jaber fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdeljelil Bassir having to interfere. Abdelkarim El Ouaer in the 78thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Abdeljelil Bassir, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Cockermouth's Abdelkarim El Ouaer in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
