They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Fatah Limam made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raouf Naouali in the 67th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Haythem Essafi could shoot a difficult shot in the 70th minute, which Med Ali Dhouib however easily saved by the left post. The supporters of Peterlee United booed when Stroud was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hadj Salem Cherif didn't get a good kick on the ball. Peterlee United's Ali Ben Salah got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 76 minutes into the match, Peterlee United's Haythem Essafi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Med Ali Dhouib narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fatah Limam took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raouf Naouali, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Bechir Ouakili managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stroud's supporters rose to their feet, but Bechir Ouakili was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fatah Limam breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fatah Limam showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raouf Naouali in the 90th minute of the match. Hassen Bourchada kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Haythem Essafi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 98th minute of the match, but Med Ali Dhouib made a huge save. Peterlee United's Ali Ben Salah got a good chance for a goal in the 99th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Stroud fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Peterlee United were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
