After a defensive mix-up in Newnham's zone, Mokhtar Namouchi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hassan BenAmor came out of the goal and Mokhtar Namouchi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Riadh Khalifa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hamdi Karray showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karim Yahia in the 24th minute of the match. Hamdi Karray made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karim Yahia in the 27th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Stock's zone, Riadh Khalifa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hamdi Karray came out of the goal and Riadh Khalifa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Issam Melliti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th minute, Karim Yahia made a precise shot to the right of Hamdi Karray. Stock's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The Stock players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Newnham were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Karim Yahia was the one to do the kick off. Hassan BenAmor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mohamed Clayton in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Newnham's goalkeeper Hassan BenAmor, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Haythem Achour kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mokhtar Namouchi in the 59th minute of play forced Newnham's goalkeeper Hassan BenAmor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Newnham's Adel Marzouki got a free kick in the 65th minute. Hassan BenAmor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mokhtar Namouchi in the 69th minute of play. In the 80th minute Karim Yahia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hamdi Karray saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hamdi Karray tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Newnham players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
