He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Newcastle-under-Lyme FC reached it. Blofield United's Hatem Kalaï played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wissem Nouira in the 22nd minute of play. Kameleddine Mestiri charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kameleddine Mestiri the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Newcastle-under-Lyme FC's Kameleddine Mestiri got a free kick in the 24th minute. Fatah Mnari received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Ahmed Kefacha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fatah Mnari in the 34th minute of play forced Newcastle-under-Lyme FC's goalkeeper Ahmed Kefacha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 43 minutes, Kameleddine Mestiri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Newcastle-under-Lyme FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kameleddine Mestiri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 44 played minutes Newcastle-under-Lyme FC got a freekick which was hit by Amira Mellouli. Fatah Mnari fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmed Kefacha having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kameleddine Mestiri stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kameleddine Mestiri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Hatem Kalaï tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mohamed Herguel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kameleddine Mestiri struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Hatem Kalaï didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Newcastle-under-Lyme FC. Kameleddine Mestiri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hatem Kalaï having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Amira Mellouli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Fatah Mnari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 79th minute, Kameleddine Mestiri fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Hatem Kalaï, passed just outside the right post. 0-2 became the score in the 84th minute when Wissem Nouira elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After 91 minutes, Wissem Nouira made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Blofield United's Hatem Kalaï tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Newcastle-under-Lyme FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
