Spectators: 6753 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1753, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ali Marzouki kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute, one of Clacton:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Clacton. The referee gave Chippenham United a penalty, 5 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Mohamed Omrani, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Clacton's Driss Benachour. 0-1. A collision led to Clacton getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Karim Rehouma hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Hassine Salhia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chippenham United's supporters rose to their feet, but Hassine Salhia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Driss Benachour breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Bassem Neifar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bassem Neifar in the 16th minute of play forced Clacton's goalkeeper Driss Benachour to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Hassine Salhia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Driss Benachour was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Ali Marzouki might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zoubaier Achab. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ali Marzouki ran back to his position shaking his head. Abdelwahab Nafti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zoubaier Achab having to interfere. Ali Marzouki received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Zoubaier Achab came out and tried to block the shot, but Ali Marzouki slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 26th minute. Bassem Neifar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Driss Benachour having to interfere. Abdelwahab Nafti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zoubaier Achab having to interfere. When Hassine Salhia came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Chippenham United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hassine Salhia couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Clacton's Karim Rehouma got a free kick in the 43rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Clacton's Ali Marzouki slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Zoubaier Achab. That made the score 2-1 after 48 minutes of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bassem Neifar was the one to do the kick off. Hassine Salhia who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 63rdth minute tested the skills of Driss Benachour when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A collision led to Clacton getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Karim Aouichaoui hit a great ball. Karim Aouichaoui charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Karim Aouichaoui the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Karim Aouichaoui kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Hassine Salhia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Driss Benachour having to interfere. Zoubaier Achab stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ali Marzouki's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Chippenham United's zone, Abdelwahab Nafti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zoubaier Achab came out of the goal and Abdelwahab Nafti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Clacton's Ali Marzouki in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chippenham United's goalie prevented a goal. After 83 minutes, Mehdi Ben Arfa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Clacton and the Chippenham United players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mehdi Ben Arfa hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Zoubaier Achab made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Marzouki in the 91st minute of play. Ali Marzouki struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Zoubaier Achab didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Clacton. Bassem Neifar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Driss Benachour tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hassine Salhia was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 98th minute. Chippenham United's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Clacton's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
