Seating: 1786, VIP seats: 154) With a couple of smart ball manuevers Reynaldo Tande in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wayne Clarkson saved Scotland Yard from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Scotland Yard's zone, Frankie Lauchlan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wayne Clarkson came out of the goal and Frankie Lauchlan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 12 minutes into the game, Alex Evans cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Tyler Scobie was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Frankie Lauchlan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 1-1 became the score in the 19th minute when Reynaldo Tande elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 22nd minute Shaun McCowan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tyler Scobie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wayne Clarkson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Reynaldo Tande's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. 26 minutes into the match, Frankie Lauchlan notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Scotland Yard's Wayne Clarkson. Wayne Clarkson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Reynaldo Tande came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Fraserburgh Wet Squirrels fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Reynaldo Tande couldn't finish the play. Scotland Yard's Wayne Clarkson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reynaldo Tande in the 36th minute of play. Tyler Scobie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shaun McCowan, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 38thth minute of the game Frankie Lauchlan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Scotland Yard's Wayne Clarkson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 40th minute, Reynaldo Tande left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fraserburgh Wet Squirrels fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. After having played for 44 minutes, Frankie Lauchlan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fraserburgh Wet Squirrels's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frankie Lauchlan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With 46 minutes on the clock, Lourenco Carces commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The supporters of Scotland Yard booed when Fraserburgh Wet Squirrels was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lourenco Carces didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Charles Forsyth came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Scotland Yard fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Charles Forsyth couldn't finish the play.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Frankie Lauchlan to strike the kick off in the second half. Tyler Scobie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shaun McCowan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Frankie Lauchlan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wayne Clarkson having to interfere. Gary McQuhirr could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Wayne Clarkson made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Quentin France in the 60th minute of play forced Fraserburgh Wet Squirrels's goalkeeper Tyler Scobie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Frankie Lauchlan came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Fraserburgh Wet Squirrels fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frankie Lauchlan couldn't finish the play. Jason McPhedran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wayne Clarkson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frankie Lauchlan in the 66th minute. Gary McQuhirr sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Frankie Lauchlan might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wayne Clarkson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Frankie Lauchlan ran back to his position shaking his head. Frankie Lauchlan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wayne Clarkson having to interfere. Wayne Clarkson made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Frankie Lauchlan sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Scotland Yard's Wayne Clarkson got control of the ball when Frankie Lauchlan tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frankie Lauchlan got free with Wayne Clarkson in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alex Evans charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alex Evans the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a defensive mix-up in Scotland Yard's zone, Frankie Lauchlan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wayne Clarkson came out of the goal and Frankie Lauchlan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
