BREXIT YES!'s Vinny McLehose played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Willie Hill in the 11th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, BREXIT YES!'s Archie Home sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ken Boyes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 21 minutes into the match, BREXIT YES!'s goal looked a bit too open when Tyler Comrie came free, but Vinny McLehose reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ken Crombie recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Tyler Comrie came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Aberdeen FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tyler Comrie couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Willie Hill managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aberdeen FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Willie Hill was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vinny McLehose breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mike Spittal in the 40th minute of play forced BREXIT YES!'s goalkeeper Vinny McLehose to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ken Crombie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Ken Boyes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Tyler Comrie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Archie Home stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Drew McWalrick charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Drew McWalrick the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. BREXIT YES! were victorious despite being under pressure from Aberdeen FC for much of the match.
