Spectators: 7750 (Terracing: 5814, Seating: 1782, VIP seats: 154) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gregor McKerlich got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Archie Home in the 3rd minute of play forced Castlebay's goalkeeper Rupert McCrae to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute, Murray White hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 17th minute of the match Evan Loudoun sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vinny McLehose skillfully saved the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eddie Lennie in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vinny McLehose saved BREXIT YES! from getting behind. After a rather tough play, BREXIT YES!'s Vincent McDuffie got a free kick in the 20th minute. A collision led to BREXIT YES! getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Drew McWalrick hit a great ball. Evan Loudoun, 30 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Castlebay's Gregor McKerlich got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vinny McLehose showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eddie Lennie in the 41st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, BREXIT YES!'s Drew McWalrick got a free kick in the 41st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eddie Lennie in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vinny McLehose prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 51st minute, Ken Crombie made a precise shot to the right of Rupert McCrae. Castlebay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. When Castlebay's Gregor McKerlich in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BREXIT YES!'s goalie prevented a goal. After 59 played minutes BREXIT YES! got a freekick which was hit by Sid McUlric. Ken Crombie took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rupert McCrae. Rupert McCrae dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Eddie Lennie could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Vinny McLehose made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Patrick McMillan during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. With a little luck, BREXIT YES!'s Vinny McLehose got control of the ball when Eddie Lennie tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eddie Lennies short, quick shot in the 74thth minute got Vinny McLehose to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Gregor McKerlich had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Eddie Lennie came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Castlebay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eddie Lennie couldn't finish the play. In the 80thth minute of the game Gregor McKerlich who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BREXIT YES!'s Vinny McLehose was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind BREXIT YES!'s goalkeeper Vinny McLehose, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Drew McWalrick kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Castlebay's Evan Loudoun couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 84th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for BREXIT YES!. Richard Robinson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Vinny McLehose tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Despite being the better team, Castlebay failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
