Terence McLugash sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Phillip Rome put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Fergus Revie. Fergus Revie didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ricky McGilledon went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 18th match minute, ¢rคຊฯ ēງງ f¢ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stephen Saunders to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Phillip Rome in the 21st minute of play forced ¢rคຊฯ ēງງ f¢'s goalkeeper Fergus Revie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Ricky McGilledon fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Biggar's protests and gave Ricky McGilledon a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Biggar getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Ricky McGilledon hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Biggar's Robin Cessford got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 28th minute Phillip Rome shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fergus Revie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, ¢rคຊฯ ēງງ f¢'s Angus Guthrie got a free kick in the 29th minute. Sam McPhedran succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 32nd playminute. ¢rคຊฯ ēງງ f¢'s Fergus Revie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Terence McLugash in the 38th minute of play. If Phillip Rome had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Edmond Kennedy fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ¢rคຊฯ ēງງ f¢'s protests and gave Edmond Kennedy a yellow card for diving instead. In the 46th minute, Edmond Kennedy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Norman Gorrie was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Norman Gorrie got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sam McPhedran in the 55th minute of play forced Biggar's goalkeeper Munro Yuille to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fergus Revie didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Biggar's Phillip Rome shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-3 in the ordered_time% minute. Terence McLugash might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fergus Revie. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Terence McLugash ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Biggar booed when ¢rคຊฯ ēງງ f¢ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Charlie McLerie didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 72nd minute, Nick Harperson sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and ¢rคຊฯ ēງງ f¢'s Fergus Revie didn't even have to move. After a rather tough play, ¢rคຊฯ ēງງ f¢'s Stuart Gorman got a free kick in the 76th minute. Norman Gorrie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Munro Yuille having to interfere. In the 82nd minute, Sam McPhedran got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 83 minutes, Edward Arrol mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Biggar and the ¢rคຊฯ ēງງ f¢ players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Biggar's Edward Arrol got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Munro Yuille came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by ¢rคຊฯ ēງງ f¢'s Norman Gorrie. But to his dismay, Norman Gorrie quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. 89 minutes into the match, ¢rคຊฯ ēງງ f¢'s goal looked a bit too open when Terence McLugash came free, but Fergus Revie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Phillip Rome who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 90thth minute tested the skills of Fergus Revie when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Biggar were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
