Spectators: 6814 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1814, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Darius McClymont took the kick off in the first half of the match. A collision led to Forsinard United getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Taylor Lamont hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Derek Taylor managed to get in a good position for a shot. Forsinard's supporters rose to their feet, but Derek Taylor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Darius Forrest breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Johnny Watt hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Andrew Green kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Andrew Green received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Darius Forrest tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Forsinard United's Darius McClymont got a free kick in the 23rd minute. If Ben Garrow had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. After a rather tough play, Forsinard United's Wayne McIver got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Andrew Green struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Darius Forrest didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Forsinard. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Derek Taylor in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Darius Forrest saved Forsinard United from getting behind. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Derek Taylor made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute Andrew Green shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Darius Forrest saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ronnie McKelloch showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ben Garrow in the 59th minute of the match. Ronnie McKelloch showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Darius McClymont, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Ben Garrow received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Ronnie McKelloch tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68th match minute, Forsinard was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ben Broom to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Derek Taylor in the 70th minute of play forced Forsinard United's goalkeeper Darius Forrest to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ben Garrow might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ronnie McKelloch. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ben Garrow ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Forsinard's zone, Ben Garrow stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ronnie McKelloch came out of the goal and Ben Garrow tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 83rd minute, Matt McKeochan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Derek Taylor came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Forsinard fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Derek Taylor couldn't finish the play. If Andrew Green had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Forsinard United getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Walter Thomson hit a great ball. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Forsinard's goalkeeper Ronnie McKelloch, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
