Seating: 1787, VIP seats: 0) Drew Ballantyne started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Gregor Fleming struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Ian Boyes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AA Black Green City. AA Black Green City's Drew Ballantyne got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dunbeath's Ian Boyes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gregor Fleming in the 11th minute of play. Lewis Lemond made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edmond McEachern in the 13th minute. In the 20th minute, Dunbeath's Nathan Barnfather dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 25th minute, AA Black Green City's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Edmond McEachern fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 31st minute, Dunbeath's Nathan Barnfather ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lewis Lemond. Lewis Lemond yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. When Nathan Barnfather came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Dunbeath fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nathan Barnfather couldn't finish the play.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nathan Barnfather to strike the kick off in the second half. Dunbeath's Edmond McEachern got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nathan Barnfather in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lewis Lemond saved AA Black Green City from getting behind. 56 minutes into the match, Dunbeath's Edmond McEachern sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lewis Lemond narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Dunbeath booed when AA Black Green City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Neil McCurrach didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Gus Weaver fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AA Black Green City's protests and gave Gus Weaver a yellow card for diving instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nathan Barnfather in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lewis Lemond prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nathan Barnfather recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lewis Lemond took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmond McEachern, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edmond McEachern received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Lewis Lemond tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lewis Lemond showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmond McEachern, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. If Gregor Fleming had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 76 minutes into the match, Dunbeath's Edmond McEachern sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lewis Lemond narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lewis Lemond stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmond McEachern's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Dunbeath's Nathan Barnfather got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. AA Black Green City's Lewis Lemond played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmond McEachern in the 86th minute of play. When Nathan Barnfather came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Dunbeath fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nathan Barnfather couldn't finish the play. Dunbeath's Edmond McEachern got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 96 minutes into the game, Edmond McEachern cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Lewis Lemond was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dunbeath walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
