Spectators: 6811 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1811, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Daniel McVicar started the match with the kick off. Terry McPatrick's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcus McLaws read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. Marcus Lenny fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcus McLaws having to interfere. If Terry McPatrick had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcus Lenny got free with Marcus McLaws in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marcus McLaws showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Terry McPatrick in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 24th minute, Daniel McVicar made a precise shot to the right of Angus Carrigan. Beauly's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Edmond Conlon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Angus Carrigan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel McVicar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel McVicar took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Angus Carrigan. Angus Carrigan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Marcus Lenny hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Beauly's Terry McPatrick got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Beauly players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Drummore were winning 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Terry McPatrick stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 58 minutes into the match, Drummore's goal looked a bit too open when Terry McPatrick came free, but Marcus McLaws reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 60 minutes Drummore's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Brandon McCrain who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Beauly's corner Brandon McCrain fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Marcus McLaws quite easily take care of the ball. Daniel McVicar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Angus Carrigan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Brandon McCrain during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Angus Carrigan was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Thomas McCartney. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Drummore eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
