With his leg Nathan McLarty managed to avoid a goal in the 76thth minute, when Millport's Quentin Kilgour fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Callum Foulis hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Millport's Bob McLennan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexander McPetrie in the 82nd minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, Millport's goal looked a bit too open when Logan Milne came free, but Bob McLennan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bob McLennan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Logan Milne, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
