But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Theo Millar couldn't finish the play. Aidan Carruthers kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Timothy McGrewar's late challenge caught a Anstruther's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Timothy McGrewar helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Real Madrid FC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Timothy McGrewar hit a great ball. Nicky Lean was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Nicol Crum. Gregor McCeallaich's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hamish Barton read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Anstruther left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Real Madrid FC.
