Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Alisdair McRaith got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the game, Mike Harold cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Liam Laidlaw was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lloyd Hill's late challenge caught a DEDRIDGE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lloyd Hill helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Livingston's Lloyd Hill got a free kick in the 8th minute. In the 10th minute, Lloyd Hill hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stevie Bontein received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Christopher Whannell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Christopher Whannell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Phillip McWhirter in the 14th minute of play. Christopher Whannell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stevie Bontein, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Phillip McWhirter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lloyd Hill fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Liam Laidlaw having to interfere. A collision led to DEDRIDGE getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Harold McCammond hit a great ball. Mike Harold in the 24thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Liam Laidlaw, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With a little luck, DEDRIDGE's Liam Laidlaw got control of the ball when Mike Harold tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mike Harold took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Liam Laidlaw. Liam Laidlaw dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Mike Harold managed to get in a good position for a shot. Livingston's supporters rose to their feet, but Mike Harold was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Liam Laidlaw breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mike Harold fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Liam Laidlaw having to interfere. DEDRIDGE's Liam Laidlaw played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alisdair McRaith in the 47th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Phillip McWhirter was the one to do the kick off. Stevie Bontein sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 59th minute, Darren Wilkinson sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and DEDRIDGE's Liam Laidlaw didn't even have to move. Liam Laidlaw made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mike Harold in the 62nd minute of play. In the 65th minute, Barry Milroy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Alisdair McRaith's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Liam Laidlaw was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. DEDRIDGE's Stevie Bontein got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 79th minute, Lewis Dunnachie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Harold McCammond kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. The supporters of DEDRIDGE booed when Livingston was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alisdair McRaith didn't get a good kick on the ball. Phillip McWhirter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stevie Bontein could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Christopher Whannell made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lloyd Hill in the 94th minute of play forced DEDRIDGE's goalkeeper Liam Laidlaw to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 97th minute, Stevie Bontein got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee ended the match the Livingston players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
